ya i forget how i came to this set-up, somone told me to run it. however every set-up is diff, so im not saying it will work for sure...but worked great for me.
i put my limited bpipe on my bone stock ski last year and ran
75 pilots
stock mains
1 3/4 turns out on the hi speed
1 turn for the low.
stock needle and seat.
it worked awsome, no bog, nothing. ripped from idle to wide open.
maybe that will help
a 9/15 hooker was only other mod.
plus theres a few "free" mods u can do. i shortened my handlepole, d cut my ride plate, did the quick steer mod, made my own footholds, removed anything un nessecary ect. the only thing i had to buy was glass and resin.
i asked why it looked so bad, he said it was obvious i didnt know what i was looking at and had no idea how a stroker was made. i rebuilt engines for 5 years and have assembled more engines from lawnmowers to ship engines then he ever will. and in all that time never saw ANY engine part look...
get allllll your riding buddies and go back. whats he gonna do beat you up? id tell him to f right off. unless is private property. just go fountain him and all his little friends right off their feet.
if it were me i wouldnt care, they are a sealed piece. little bit of di-electric grease on the posts and they would be fine imo. but some may prefer to conceal them in the box also. i know some seadoos have exposed coils. i would like to hear from ohters on this too....anyone have a coil phuck...
stock siphon and 1 bilge. like ther said, make sure everything is good and you should be fine. they last in boats for years, so theres no reason it wont work for a ski. and i dont think the stocker would "rob" any power. its not connected to the engine. and the little outlet in the nozzle...
i put the coupler on the chmber and then filled the void with ultra copper...not too much but enough to fill it 1/4 inch or so. i found that way worked best
i cut some out of my hood seal lip, and after setting it up a couple times i could have that pipe out in minutes. the b pipe i have to take out my batt box and gas tank to remove it. which is more of a pain IMO. impossible to remove the head with the pipe installed, but other then that it was...
i did the jss mod to mine...made life easier. also had to slot the mounting holes to get it to line up perfect. i usually put the pipe on with clamps loose, and all mounting bolts loose. then u can line it up nice and tighten the top mounts, then front then coupler. thats just how i did it. i...
ahaha wow. i dont think there is a lot of info on a stump puller here or pwct either....and powering it with a weed whacker engine? more like a weed puller. eithr way, funny way to start the day. lol
