use a countersunk head with a flat top. works fine for me. I also used a kaw 650 sx steering nozzle to get the steering cable in a better location.

you have a 701 case with a single pulse fitting. They are not bored for the 760 sleeves.

You need to have them bored to fit the larger OD sleeves. I would not attempt it with a dremel. I have the tools to get the job done it you need any help. here is a link of how its done. AKA jet works.
