B-Pipe header bolt needs helicoil

I put in a new b pipe (3 hole) gasket this morning, ski wasn't running right after a few minutes due to an exhaust leak. one of the b pipe bolts was helicoiled years ago, and the helicoil gave out, the bolt was just spinning and the helicoil came out wrapped around the bolt.

Questions:
are the b pipe 14 mm bolts a 10 mm thread? not sure what size helicoil kit to get.

am i screwed? will i be able to helicoil this with the same size again? if not what are the options to repair?

mdmetric had a 10 day lead time, found stainless steel inserts from ez lok will have by friday.

also, it requires a 31/64 (12.something mm) vs a 14 mm tap drill for the mdmetric one which is good. leaves room for another repair if needed.
