    MSD Total Loss Question

You’re fine to use whatever as a spacer. Highly doubt your air gap was causing intermittent misfires especially if you were running fine prior to your issue. Try changing the problem channel to the other spare channel. You could also have a minor break in your pickup wires that typically happens...

    800gp 46 Mikuni carbs

Was it running good prior to this on the same carb settings? Odds are if it was and nothing changed than you’re just lean with dirty carbs. If you didn’t have your specs written down and just checked now then it’s less clear. When you say “15 and then 18” do you mean your 3psi off between...

    800gp 46 Mikuni carbs

I always ran my 927’s between 19-26 psi. You probably have an insane amount of fuel pissing out with pop off that low and the classic 800 shake. Go to a higher pop off, start at 20-21, and if it leans it out bad bump up your low speed jet gradually. If your carbs return restrictors aren’t...

Where to get Thicker Mikuni Check Valves

In some cases yes depends how bad your fuel dribble issue is Look up a gp800 kidney block and it’ll give you a idea on how to modify yours.

Where to get Thicker Mikuni Check Valves

They’re for sure a thing, I think the oem part is like 40 bucks you could probably sneak in under that fairly easy

ANY INTERST IN LIGHT WEIGHT JET SKI HULLS?

Would it make more sense to go two pump tunnels two 1200cc engines or just one 300mm pump and a 2400cc engine? Would there be two reduc nozzles and steering or just one comically wide pair? Would you be able to stagger the pipes or would they have to be back to back opposed to eachother? Would...

ANY INTERST IN LIGHT WEIGHT JET SKI HULLS?

No but you could make a standup that had two pump tunnels and two engines that would be pretty cool me thinks

    the trivial complaints thread

Back in my day when you went to McDonald’s they gave you kindling and a matchbook and you had to heat the water up yourself Then you had to go outback to their coco bean farm and harvest the pods yourself. Kids these days don’t even know how easy they have it

    66e in a wb1 or superjet?

You’re gonna need some fat nuts and some fat wake to flip a wb or a superjet with a 800. A buddy of ours used to have a 800 in a superjet clone that was about 40lbs lighter with a laydown center bleed and horizontal carbs and it ran violent or so I’ve been told. Any 800-927 and up is easily...
