    Prop Pitch is unknown, but I'm sure it's a topend pitch, as the ski was gps'ed at 51 MPH It still has Daytona sand in it from 09, I was so unhappy with it in surf that I never used it again. Kawi 140 mm Pump is now installed in mine. It's better, but still too tall of a pitch...

    The OEM seal develops a "set" after time, and if the set has part of the seal rolled to one side, it's very hard to return it to the correct orientation.     Don't even think of buying a new stator... You should find a used one for $100-$200 USD Max Then go ride. (Have the fly wheel lightened while it's removed)

    "run all 650 electrics with 5mm timing advance and 175psi " This is the way to go. If running the 650 flywheel, you have already done the machine work on the cases. I think you may have to drill and tap stator mounting holes though.
