just hook up a filtered line to the carb from the tank with the hose on the reserve side pickup straw. That line goes on the round part of the carb.Then run a return to the fitting on the side thats like a screw in/10mm type thing.Then it should have a tank vent/oil tank vent on it leave that...

sounds like your starter isnt engaging all the way or one of your bendix gears are chewed.If the starter is doing something when u hit the button its probably has nothing to do with the solenoid.

As long as you got water coming out of the pisser on the side that means its cooling as long as no one has messed with the lines.
