a backflip off a wake and surf backflip are totally different in style and approach... If you want to get around on a wake flip, you need to approach the wake slowly then right before (you will have to figure the timing out) you hit the launch wake, blip the throttle, so the nose pops up and then drops down... right at the point in wich your nose is fully dipped you should be at the launch wave, sit down, pull back and grab all of the throttle. Then, as you shoot up continue pulling on the bars and remember you will be compressed in a sitting position, so just kick your legs straight out to a standing position and at the same time look back as far as you can to spot the landing... If you do these things at the right time you will get around, no doubt.. It took me a few attempts, but landed one clean...
a surf flip is all confidence and hitting the wave at the right time... all the body english is much less accented...
