Great job, those side draft carbs make me nervous.
when is the tuning going to happen? Those are the stock carbs right? what carbs came on the 66e?
So, I'm assuming your "flame arrestor" is going to be more of a "shield" with the openings pointed upwards? I guess there's no real need for a traditional flame arrestor other than meeting coast guard requirements, right?
Monday I'm going to figure out whats up with the non functioning PV motor.
I might have the cables hooked up wrong. I'm going to start it up with the cables unhooked and see if they work.Unless its your wiring..if its plugged in and its not working then the motor is toast you can't save it

If you need to know what goes to what let me know. IF the motor is good and hooked up right when you bump the start(don't start the engine) few secs after pressing it you should hear the PV motor cycle
cool, I'm pretty sure I had them on right. I flipped the pulley over to the front side of the motor so I swaped the cable ends. hopefully I just didn't have them tensioned properly.
Too bad there are not some cheap gas powervalve setups out there, the electric operated powervalve make no sense to me at all.
I think I would have to grind and weld.I agree.
Wavedemon: would gave valves clear your mani and the B-pipe headpipe without grinding and welding? Also what is your current jet specs
