I figure at most they may need a 30 to 40 second range of clips that would showcase him. Just something to bring the public up on what joe is about

WOW great ideas!! I think between Chris & Lonnie a nice little promo reel could be put together to really show people what Joe is all about - great dea to market to news - you are so right - anything that tugs at the heartstrings makes good tv.

I would also like to get this to give to the news people around here too... Showcase how much he means to this sport, and as LCK, tugging at hearts are always good news storys that they like to play.

I don't think you guys would even have to try to get something great to turn out, you just toss a few clips together and I'm sure we would all be in aw of your work... yet again...

After talking more with Paul about this, I think it would promote a stronger image for our sport AND our goal of helping out a great friend if we could arrange this event to happen on one day across the world. I believe the media would have more interest if that were the case as well. Now, since the French fellas have already planned an event on March 18, which is also when the Texas Freeride is planned, maybe that would be a good date to shoot for? Anybody have any objections?

I think enough of us could bust our @$$es for a day to support JK, maybe we could atleast pay for one day of his hospital stay!

excellent idea. hopefully i can fly down for the texas event so i can see how much money i am paying out for backies ;)

Oh yeah, for you fellas that are thinking about participating: Feel free to find personal sponsors (co-workers, friends, family, etc), and I will try to get some corporate sponsors to cover everyone at the TX Freeride. I think Slutty is working on FL, and Pancake appears to be working on FL too. Slutty and Pete, I'll be calling you guys sometime probably tomorrow to figure out the details.

i am working on FL as well........here is a hint... it's a fortune 500 company and one of the top 100 companies to work for
