Last night I checked my cylinder pressures, engine cold, with the throttle wide open, other plug still in. I had 140 lbs front and 135 lbs rear. I tried to check squish, but the solder I had was .062 thick and did not make contact with the piston at all. I have to get some thicker solder and try again.
I hope to get out this weekend, but I'm working extra to try and save some money up for the hand pole.
Ragged Edge Racing said:Man, that is low. Without reading this entire thread again, is your ski ported at all? Most SXR's are about 160-170lbs. Double check with someone else's gauge. What's it read warm?

I am holding you responsible for me having to go spend more money on my ski. I am about to do the my footwells and I was just going to slap on the railcaps with the white that they come with. But, after seeing how nice yours looks with them painted I decided that im going to have mine painted too. My ski is the older kandy green so i will have it matched to that color. And I am goint to go with the stitched mat kit.
I hope that I can do as nice of a job as you did. It looks amazing. Very impressive.
