SXR Dual Factory Pipe..

Anyone get one or try it out yet or got pics?

I was looking for it on Factory Pipe's waste of bandwidth website, but they haven't updated it in years. What is up with them? They can't keep supply of B Pipes on the market, that they made years ago. It seems like they have a lock on the pipe market and can be making good money, but don't really care to keep products in stock.

Is there a commercially available dual setup? I know of someone who had nothing but issues with it and it wasn't even worth the effort to keep the boat running. What's officially up?

Kind of looks like a nightmare to work on but I but they make power.
I think I read Tim said 2-3MPH more that a single dry pipe on a limited.

ALso, it says on pwctoday, someone spoke with tim and said that the front cylinder pipe, the one that wraps over the motor, is easy to remove for adjusting carbs. U know what i say? HAHAHAHAHHAHA

just a note, this is jordan fielders world finals ski from 2004. But yes, it has twins

The pipes cracking is an huge issue, this may be one of the delays in production for any pipe maker.

I doubt you will see any of these hit the market and if you do I bet they wont have a warranty, this is probably one of the reasons FPP is not producing them.

a friend of mine, marvins friend, said that he couldt keep his twins together and the pipes were just as big as those. I talked to Tim a few weeks ago, he didnt say much about cracking but maybe it just hasnt happened yet.

the real question is ?
if the twins work so well why didnt tim race in havasu?
what would have sold more pipes than smoking the comp?
tim has great products no dought! why wasnt he on the h2o

I cant answer this for tim myself but i have an idea
i have been talking to him alot about these twin pipes
he was flat out trying to ge tthem finished in time for the finials to just show them
I would suspect he hasnt had the time to out into a boat
if you turn up there with a hald a55 boat and get blown off then every one is going to 5hit can your new pipes
we all know its not just the pipes that make the hp but the stuff around it

Like i said i am not sure if this is the exact reason but its what i would guess to be the reason
