i think its annoying how its spinning all the time, if it was fixed behind the rider looking forward itd be alright, and on top of the pole or whatever instead of being suspended from it and always seeing that pole in the top of the video.

Cool effect, I liked it- thinking out of the box. He could have remedied the excessive spinning with a little editing. Now where he got the German Techno trash can lid and cow bell sound track well, thats another story.....

I think it was awesome, I felt like I was watching someone place a 1st person viedo game, the spins were a little much but I am sure you could fic that some how.

Julien from FullGaz built something like that for Ross last year in France, his didn't spin though and it was like a big tower that mounted to the front of the ski... great idea but lasted all of an hour with Ross doing rolls and flips with it...

Anything you build like that for skis has to stand up to alot more abuse than other sports, which in turn makes it fairly heavy... its tough but there are some pretty resourceful people out there *cough* Gomes *cough* who could probably sort this out!

I built something similar for my Gopro.
I can get 360 degrees rotation but not "moving" like in that video.
I have to stop and adjust it myself but it's super easy and can be done on the go.
I have not tried it yet, I only rigged it.

that was awesome. i like the view from behind better. regardless of how small of a weight they are that thing has got to start to hurt your neck. might be better for a jetskier since we do look around all the time the sudden head turns might not move the camera and look a lot cleaner. dont know how it would hold up slapping in the waves.

I'm wondering if anyone truly became dizzy or honestly a bit ill watching it, or if those were merely expressions of speech for not liking it?? I don't get sick/dizzy from anything, so I am wondering if anyone is serious. I actually like it when the camera pivots around quickly. I hope someone can make something like this. If nothing else, simply to edit it in for variety within a video...different cameras.
