I ride 100% surf, my equipment has touched fresh water only twice in the last 15 years. My electrics finally took a toll. JSS hooked me up with a bullet proof system. My boat starts right away and has a lot of snap with the new coils. I have never ran a bilge pump before, and after last week I decided to finally get one. There are so many switches out there and who would have guessed that Jet Ski Solutions offers a bullet proof bilge switch with wiring for only $25. Its a totally trick setup that doesn't take up any space on the dash. I would recommend JSS to anyone! They are the best in the business and offers the best service anywhere.

Yes Jet Ski Solutions does superior work. His stuff is bullet proof. As well as rebuilding stators and other electrical components, he also makes a lot of small aftermarket upgrades which address little problems superjets have like removeable wires to the electrical box, teflon bearings for umi steering, stinger enlargement for your B pipe chamber(makes the stinger pipe OD the same as the water box OD so you can just use your rubber stock exhaust ) as well as other things. Look his website over an see all the accessories he offers. You can visit his website here

It's good but certainly not bullet proof. My start-stop switch failed from a poor crimp at one of the bullet connectors. I saw another start-stop switch from JSS fail at LSFR this weekend.

I use my SHIFTY relay to run my bilge pump, if the ski is on, my pump is on. To turn the pump on without starting the ski I just bump the green starter button for a split second, the pump comes on and stays on until I hit the red stop button.

Mine was not bulletproof. My JSS coil failed the first time I put it in the salt. It was only 6 months old. Went back to a stocker....I have heard good reviews, I may give them a shot again.

Combine that setup with my "Tidy Bilge Harness" and you have one hell of a bulletproof system.

I sent my whole electrical system out to JSS over 2.5 years ago. I ride 100% surf. My stuff is still rock solid.

About every six months I do have to take the green button of the S/S switch apart to clean the contacts. The contacts in the green switch were never a problem prior to having JSS re-do everything. I suspect it has something to do with the thicker gauge wiring letting more volts/amps/ohms/sparky-stuff run through the wires... As you can tell I'm not an electrician. haha

With that exception, I have had zero problems.

I have seen numerous jss start stop switches fail, its far better to just buy a new one. We got 3 jss coils done up and all 3 failed very quickly, they shorted out and arved all over in salt water 10x worse than a crappy used stocker after years of use, they look great but again, better $ spent just getting a new one,the prices between rebuilt and new arent large enough to justify it,Ive never seen a jss stator rebuild fail,I may try one some day.

John does good work and supports the riders
I emailed him a question about a 2 year old JSS screw kit for a Mik 44
and he replied promptly. Good guy!

Reminds me I have a spare coil I need to send to JSS

he does do really clean looking work, maybe it was a bad lot of wires or something, they were on 3 diff skis and all failed miserably,he did say to send them back but at the time I was sick of dealing with them, maybe one day

My JSS S\S switch has went out for the second time just this last weekend at the LSFR. I have not torn into it and prolly wont. I will just send it back for john to warranty like he did the first time. If you have ever seen my ski, I clean everything with fresh water and salt away after every ride on the same day.
Going on year #3 on the coil with no issues.
