ummm, you might want to seal up all those penetrations where the different pipes go through, would suck to be defoaming next year.

how can you be sure? I have seen other hulls from aftermarket companies that were suppose to have things done that didnt. Why not take 15 minutes and be safe...........

Well I did get a new tube of 5200 today:thinking:... why not, I cant wait to see how it rides compared to my heavy and prolly soaked SJ.
I am going to be running the same set up as i did in my SJ:
-LPW ported 61X cyl
-62T cases
-ADA head 33cc domes(185 psi)
-FPP b-mod
-Dual Novi 46mm carbs in a RIVA intake w/ Boysen power reeds
-MSD enhancer and coil
-Wet Wolf freestyle cone
-Solas 14.5/18 (soon to be a 12/17 concord or skat dunno yet)
- -3 stock pole with std umi steering
-FPP waterbox (soon to be x-metal)

I dont know what yours feels like...but I did reinforce the bottom part of a tray with I think 2-3 layers of light glass..

I run a front strap and wanted to beef that up a little bit....


did you have to glass the hole for the pump hump, or was it already done?

The hole for the pump was already glassed, it seem to be pretty beefy but we'll see how it looks after I prep the tray for turf:fing02:
