dudes I am so thankful for anybody Curtis firstly who helped me tow my anchor back I knew I should left it on the beach and picked it up with my truck. Soon as I started getting towed my bildge died and the sank a few times it was one heck of a cherry popping for me. Quite a bit different then Point Loma or mission bay. SERIOUSLY THANKS ALL now I got a good reason to spend money on my ski maby the wife will let me get some bad cylinders or a new hull

Today was a bit of a rough day for everyone I think. All rode in on their own power, but I think there were 4 skis with varying degrees of brokenness just 20 minutes into the ride.

Regardless, I'm glad you made it out!

Zwaysfs it was a group effort.Everyone you should have seen him swimming with his sxi hanging on to the rope.That guy does not give up.The rope broke after the ski sank and he hung onto it where the sets where breaking (d.j. missed film opportunity) until we could get a ski attached to it to drag it shore to dump the water out.Bareskin gave me the fuel to go back out.The guy on the superjet and Seadoo who towed us from jetty to launch ramp.That was fun to be out there on a saturday.LBE, Jerry, and a large group of people ripping it.

Damn...would have loved to get that on film.

Doesn't look like I'll make it out on Monday, I don't trust the ski that I was on in the surf.

Very cool, wish your ski would have ran better DJ. Great group here on the X! Riding the west coast is a future dream of mine, hope you had a blast.

Absolutely. It was a great time! The waves on the East coast, (and def great lakes) can't touch these. They are soooo far apart and easy to ride. Your runway is basically a football field! I would have loved to have been on my own ski.

Yeah that was a fun ride. Great to meet you DJ, it’s always good to have fellow X members come in to town for a visit. Despite half the crew being at World Finals there was still a ton of guys who showed up to ride. And best of all the surf cooperated and was fairly good except for the super high tide which was making the waves mushy.
