FYI:
The worst thing you can do to a DVD is use those CD stomper type labels. The glue eats into the media and destroys it in a just couple years. I know burned media doesn't last much more than 7 years but labels make it more like 2.

I quit using them when I stuck a CD in a laptop and it made it too thick to turn before I knew the above.

When the time comes can I order one without a label? :smile:

I had a couple problems with my last movie with the decals. About 5 out of the first 200 didn't work. (I stopped making labels after the first 200 movies) I haven't had anyone complain about the data being lost and this was 4 years ago. I'll replace anyone's that EVER stops working including my last movie.

Is there anyway to get a copy of your last movies? I will be leaving for chicken bone on the 23 and it might not get here in time.

The labels are definately a bad idea, they make the dvd's skip too, throws the balance off.

Another thing to keep in mind is to burn at the slowest speed possible. Burning at a faster speed causes skipping with playback.

Get a light scribe burner and you can etch the labes into the DVD with teh burner by flipping the disc over. but it does require special disks.

Sharpie baby!!!!!!! Its all about the movie, not the look of the dvd. The cover makes up for it anyway!!!!!
