I have read a bunch of good things on these impellers, and I finally scored a new one today at a great price. I havea few questions tho. Are they still alright for rec riding or more of a freestyle prop and thats it? I wanted the 9/15 but ended up with a 10/16 so it should be fine. It will be going in my FX1 that i have stripped at the moment. Anything I should know about these props, good or bad? Thanks for any insight

I just bought a 9/15 not long ago. MY SJ has a stock motor and a B pipe. I ride 100% surf. Its a great prop, I have nothing to complain about except I think a 9/15 is too low of a pitch. You should be happier with the 10/16.

run 10/16 on 760 ported and 11/17 on 771 TS , like them both but want to try 12/17 + TBM to see if there is room for improvement.

9/15 is great for any 701 application below 750cc's i guess....

My 9/15 will take me WAY faster than I want to go or can physically control... granted my hull has 3 inches whacked off it but either way, it's plenty fast for me.

Thats what I wanted to know waternut. I know its more of a freestyle prop, and Im ok as Im building my fx1 for just that. But I also enjoy cruising the river and lakes with friends.

For additional reference information... When I'm trying to get to a specific area on the lake, I cruise around at what feels like 1/4 throttle TOPS! Anything more than that is done in short 1-2 second bursts to catch a boat.

You will love the 10/16, I know I do... In fact I ordered another one for my SN cause it has the best all round hook up of any prop I have ran...

I believe SFLSportSaver runs the 10/16 on a Limited setup, and was clocked at over 50mph on radar with it...

You can use the Hooker for any application.

On the Floor
On the Bed
In the Shower
In the elevator
In the restroom
In the alley

On a freestyle Ski
On a freeride Ski
On a Race Ski.

Love my 9/15. 701, 82mm pro-x, ported, 185psi, b-pipe, etc. Basic freeride setup, and like posted before I can go faster than I need/want to. Best all around hookup I've had in a prop, don't look back! I'm running the 9/15.
