Looks like its just a piece of SS bent 90 degrees in an L shape with a hole or two drilled in it... could be wrong though :dunno:
Correct, but it must extend to the bottom of the tube as well.

I have the same setup on my RN. I just used the bracket from the SN. We HAVE to have a fire ext. here. I got used to using it as a foothold when it was on my SN, and couldn't ride without it.
