Custom/Hybrid EME Q8 SXR conversion for Rambo Rosie

We are in the process of putting together a EME Q8 for Rambo Rosie. We are converting the engine and parts from her limited Kawasaki SXR 800 into a Q8.. Talk about going on a diet after riding the SXR for the last couple years!!

WEll it's done and we rode it today. One of the best days riding a Stand -up watercraft and better days to come as me and Rosie figure this ski out.. Eric almost landed a back flip on it and then the trim cable came loose...

The engine is stock, except the head milled for 92 octane and a wet pipe. notice the Stock flame arrest.. Rosie should have this ski figured out by the Pittsburgh Regatta next friday..

Yes stock pump and impeller.. We did install a trim system, but it wasn't working properly.. Eric almost completed back -flip on it with the trim not working right. We didn't have the parts to fix the trim on the waterfront.

Cool and thanks everyone. Having this hull is very exciting and brings new life to us.

A special thanks to Eric Malone for all his hard work in helping us put it together and customize to our needs. I know he had a lot going on and built this hull in a very timely fashion. Eric never quits, just keeps going --Amazing passion and determination to the sport.
