Cleveland rebuild thread.

Overall it was a budget , rattle can, rebuild for reliability. I'm happy with it and can't wait to ride. I still need to turf the rails and thats it!

Heres what its got.

96 Hull with carbon re-inforced sides, OEM modded nose ,internal fuel fill, 24-7 scupper.

24/7 footholds w/ 1" padding ground down into a footprint.

-2" pole w/ -1" Blowsion plate and rebuilt U.M.I. steering.

ported cases with non ported cylinders and fresh 81.50 bore.

wiseco top end.

MaGoo lightened flywheel.

Speedwerx pipe with strainer and hightempsilicone.com high strength black coupler and VOSS clamps from MaGoo.

Brand new MSD enhancer w/ rev limiter wide open and stock coil w/ new JSS wire and MSD caps and retainers AND A FRESH EBOX GASKET!!!!. Also a JSS start/stop switch and brand new O.E.M. stator.

IMPROS 13/16 cutback with Blowsion cone and MaGoo ported nozzle.

Jet Dynamics D-Cut plate.

1100 GPH bilge on slotted blowsion bracket w/ 1 1/8" pisser.

Oddesy battery.

Well by no choice of my own I am off today. Just no work.

I'll finish tweakin my ski and gas it up tonight. I might be ridin without side turf for a minute cuz Jeffros still got my heat gun. Chris, did you use regular oil to break it in or the 10$ a gallon semi-synthetic that we always use?

Alrighty then....last pic with the addition of my $12.95 do it yourself bulk YAMAHA decal kit from EBAY. It just came as one giant sheet of yellow and I had to choose/cut out what decals I wanted and then apply them to the release tape and stick them on.

I have'nt decided on turf or auto trim for the rails. I'll decide after I ride all weekend!!!:arms: :arms:

UPDATE:

I can't friggin say enough about the D cut JD plate!!! I friggin love it!!!!

This set up has made me fall in love with riding all over again!!

I'll be posting pics of Kell's pinked out superjet any night now. Pink turf is bright man! Just a few more details and it's ready.
