Custom/Hybrid AdzUK Tiger Craft Aquabot build

Well its finially in the UK, just in time for the lakes to freeze over lol. The build will start in about a week when i have the final parts and shouldn't take long. Ive gone for flatwater layup (not not sure on weight) set up for kart tank n b pipe. Long and short ride plate to compare and see which i prefer although i think Tony has forgot to pack one with a few other bits, just waiting on a reply back about them. Motor is a X Scream SS 900 with 46mm carbs, lightened stock flywheel and a epic hx3. Here are some pics

few questions mate
1) what was your total wait time feels like been forever

2) didn't you order versi plugs? I see "x" marks the spots but nothing there?

3) are the foot pods turfed? or did he supply turfing for a DIY install?

whats your first impressions of the hull getting anxious about mine now

Is there any padding under that turf?

It did take a long time to get the hull. Ive spoken to Tony about the versi plugs and hes going to send the out to me as they forgot to put them on with my short ride plate and battery box. I am going to turf the footholds myself so that i get them right for my feet, which we did speak about but didnt come with turf. And there is under padding on the turf, looks to be about 12 - 15 mm but not too sure.

Heres a pic to try show how much shorter it is than my superjet, i roughly measured and it was about 10 - 11 inch shorter. And the X Scream engine to go in

Dropped it off at my mates to be built properly, they have just finished a sweet Obsession build for another mate so progress will start happening now. Will upload pics as the progress happens .

So works has started on the ski,

First the 701 surf plugs


Next up the pump shoe was out and leaving a gap between the pump and shoe, so that had to be smashed out and a new one installed


trail fitted scoop grate, just needs packing out at the front


engine mock fitted to line up couplers


Thats it for now, going to help out and learn a few things tomorrow so will update then

More progress today

A PFP came up local so decided to buy it, the ski was set up for kart tank and B pipe so had to re locate battery




Engine in place to line up and measure shims


Holes for pissers and bildge outlet drilled

new pump shoe matched to the pump


test fit PFP and water box, bracket needs making to fix water box off battery mounts




Pole fitted, just needs the tubes cutting down
