Well still waiting on my missing parts, battery box and versi plugs that should have come with the ski. Also the extra ride plate i payed $150 for.
Apparently it was posted weeks ago but hasn't arrive so id like a tracking number as other parts from America have taken 5 - 7 days.

I'm not too worried about it, Tony has been great to deal with so far so i dont think i will have any issues but time will tell I guess

Does not matter if Tony has been there for Fred Curly and Moe, If Shimp has not received his parts and got delayed over and over, then he has not been taken care of. Plain and Simple.

Sorry off topic, but I have question for KTM... You said you like longer loose riding hulls; what made you decide to swap your freak for an aqua? That seems like the exact opposite of what you want

I do still think long and loose is probably the best all around setup for east coast surf if you are limited to just 1 ski. I'm hoping not to swap. I sold my dirtbike and many other parts/motors to fund the Aquabot build. I like the idea of a full width rideplate for changing hull length and wanted a budet friendly ski. It was either a Backie Chan or Aquabot. Steve from Trend Setters told me he would trade my stroker motor for a glass hull... After 6 months of phone tag and no solid answer I moved on. I talked with Tony after selling the stroker and put my order in after some discussion. I love my Superfreak more than anything I've ridden but I also think riding different hulls will help me progress as a rider. I wanted to try something short and affordable so I could keep my Superfreak as well and have 2 different skis. Flatwater kinda bores me but I can throw a short rideplate on the Aquabot and try it out when surf is flat. I've never ridden an Aquabot but it seems like exactly what I was looking for to mostly ride surf but still throw some flatwater tricks if i want to actually learn them. It will fit a full size tank which is a huge concern of mine. Circus was fun in surf but not in my budget. I rode a Backie Chan after placing my order with Tony and that was a great riding hull. Many people say the Aquabot rides similar to the Backie Chan but more "stable". If it rides similar to a Chan I will be happy. I can always tweak it somewhat to make it ride how I want

A member of the tigercraft team has been in touch today and things are looking good, they now have guys to deal with customer service ect, I have gave some feedback on the hull so far and they are arranging to have my parts sent out to me.

Some more progress has been made on the ski, as I changed my exhaust to a PFP I needed new mounts ect, the guys have made a plate for the fuel tank to sit on which uses original mounts and provides mounts for water box and pipe also. Few pics to show the plate and a test fit. The plate will be turfed when finished. All is going well now and should be a water test soon

So the ski is now pretty much finished and I'm mega happy with it, been out for a shakedown ride on it and its all running sweet. Just got the carbs to set up now and finish running in. When i tested it i had the ride plate on uncut so was really long, the ski felt really stable ( too stable due to ride plate ) and was super easy to ride, turned nice ext so was really happy with the first ride. Ive now cut the ride plate down and started turfing the footholds. Also the pole will need cutting after i have tested with the short ride plate.

Ive also spoken with the guys at Tigercraft and it seems they have got all the little bits sorted on the V2 Aquabot, and sorted my problems out! Be sure to see some good things coming from them soon!

Heres some pics of it finished, and will try to get some pics of it in action in the next few days

Im very happy now, not rode the ski properly yet due to running in and need to set it up correctly but can tell it has plenty of power. The guys that have built it for me have done a great job and couldn't have asked for better! Also happy with Tigercraft now as they have got together a team to deal with customers / orders and after speaking with them that are happy to sort out any problems i have. Let the fun begin now!!!
