827cc Superjet build for Daytona

This is a brand new cylinder design for xmetal. They are making 3 to be ready for introduction at daytona. It is a pv billet cylinder with the stock stroke, I am not sure about the number of transfer ports.

They are offering as a complete engine or as a complete top end kit(cylinder, pistons, head, power valves, gaskets)

I will be using the lightweight charging flywheel from my blaster to help counteract the added weight of the large pistons.

Troy(superjet 113) traded me a TBM pump cone for my build. Patrick from xmetal recommended it for this amount of power/setup, but Troy didn't like it on his ski.

I know someone that loves their TBM pump cone in conjunction with the Hooker 11/17 prop 7mm cut back, TL, heavy porting, single 48 PB...hits like a mofo !!

I brought my engine build parts over to team scream today. New hot rods crank with cases, factory b limited pipe, and intake/carb setup.

The last pic shows what the xmetal billet cylinder looks like. I talked to chuckie today and got more info than I could possibly absorb at once(or ever). It has a 7 port transfer design and 88mm Sea Doo 951 Piston configuration. It can be bored over 4 times before resleeving is necessary. It uses power valves by DASA.

Now I need to get to work on the hull mods, assembly, and electrical system build....

no DASA power valves. this thing is so sexy.. I can't credit for that at this point.... credit goes to nick and risk.

-getting ready to build electrical system- JSS Coil, etc. arrived today ( john's stuff rocks)

-picked my modified hood hooks, hull side hooks, ss latch and billet hood catch.

-this thread is turning into a parts post instead a build thread....

Hallo,

Thanks,Andy

Andy,

X Scream makes billet top end setups for several different stroker motor setups, but I am getting their new billet 800cc(approx. depending on exact setup, mine is 827cc) setup for stock stroke crank. Read this whole thread and you will see stock hot rods crank for build.

X Scream makes complete short blocks available from 771cc-1000cc+
and also:

Billet Top End Kits:
These kits are designed to be complete kits and include xscream billet pv cylinder, xscream billet head, domes, pistons, top end bearings, billet power valve assemblies, o ring kit, and base gasket.

Billet 1000cc $2,950.
Billet 900cc $2,850.
Billet 800cc $2,700.

I hope this answers all your questions. I have ridden Pat's carbon fiber hull with 1000cc monster and it is a trip!!!!

Thanks for your informations.....
TeamScream use there own drypipe for pv-engine,you have a "normal" wetpipe....is there a good clearence betwin headpipe and pv`s or have you to work on it???

Great Thanks,Andy

engine /ski didn't happen by daytona so now I am planning a 1000cc xmetalworks monster build with 10mm stroker. I am saving up the dough now.

I recently bought a superjet hull from another x member(RC8Venom) that has never seen the water. He bought it from the watercraft factory stripped for parts for a custom carbon fiber build. He started to build it, but didn't finish and lost interest in the project.

Link to hull thread: http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/44998

I am hoping to finish the build and have it ready for daytona.

I have bought/traded for the following parts so far:

Xmetal -4 handlepole kit
Xmetal hood hooks
Xmetal Scupper
Xmetal throttle
Waterdawg Steering System
ODI Grips
64x cases
Ebox complete
JSS Coil
46mm SBN carbs
R&D Manifold
61x stock flame arrestors

I am installing a new design 827cc stock stroke Xscream billet motor package. I can't wait. Chuckie, Radney, Mike, and Pat at xmetal/team scream are the best!

more to come...
Hey Chris I actually own this ski now do you happen to still have the color code for this green?
