I have been kinda busy , but got the adaptor plate made and clearanced just right
I am disapointed where it puts the carb so i am going to have re address my pipe situation
Im thinking maybe a tnt chamber might be the way to go or a custom pipe with enough clearance for the airfilter
I could just change the carb mount to a more forward postion im still not sure the best way to tackle this
My pump turns up next week so i will have that sorted and ready to go

Its a supercharger
I am trying the forced induction route
Im using a multi switced cdi that turns back the timing via a pressure switch when the boost varies
It will read the boost lvl and then pull out the right amount of advance
Basically its an ign with a tps but the tps is mounted to a variable pressure switch intstead

Yeah it runs a belt on the back
I am still waiting on the coupler to come back
I have 3 getting made a 10% over a 11:1 and a 10% under drive

Im getting 3 pulleys made
I will be running it underdriven 10% to start then ramp it up as i become more confident
as to how much that makes in psi i am not sure yet

hey Wax, if you were to reroute the exhaust hose, down along the bottom of the hull, then build a thicker spacer plate for the intake to space it farther off the cases. Then find an older Ocean Pro Bolt on FA, may need to be one of the thinner series that they had, thinking the ones for the 550sx reed motor, you could bolt it to the carb and not have to deal with the adaptor. It would be a biotch to remove but may be the best option.

I imagine there is a reason, but why 3 differnt couplers? wouldn't it be easier to make one coupler and have 3 different pulleys that you can swap on the charger itself? it would save you from unbolting the motor every time you changed the supercharger ratio?
