Hey everyone, I'm looking for a little help. I just got a new hooker impeller in today for my 02 SJ and after taking the pump out realized that the impeller tool that they sent fits the hooker but not the one on the ski. Not sure what prop is on the ski now, but it looks like it needs a tool...

Update. Those guys at Xscream are great. Talked to Chad this morning, Pat wasn't in and they are willing to swap out the pole at no charge once I send it in. Instead of swapping it, I opted to upgrade to their adjustable pole and just take a credit on the broken pole. Everything worked out...

Thanks guys. To clarify. I was going to see if a welding shop could first weld the pole and then I would bolt the plates to help reinforce it. I'll give them a call tomorrow when they're open. Thanks again.

I was riding yesterday and had to ditch the ski. When it came down it must have slammed into the hood pretty hard cause it snapped the pole at the top near the steering bracket. Not sure if this will work cause it's aluminum but I'm wondering if welding it and then reinforcing it with some...

I love the fact that stand ups aren't "trendy" and that everyone doesn't want to go get one. I like that it's just a few of us out there riding while everyone else is thinking "look at those old school skis" while they stare in envy and ride away on their couches. Airtime would be cool only...

Sorry to hear you think its a POS. an SJ for $600 and a trailer. sounds pretty good to me. I've mainly been riding KAWI's but just got my first SJ a week or so ago. Read the sticky thread at the top about first SJ mods and that should give you a good enough start.

It has a Worx ride plate with small d-cut. I'm not sure which model it is (I believe its the 308). I will need to look when I go to my storage unit tomorrow. The first couple days I rode it was really hard on my back and was hard to even jump off of flat water wakes. i could jump twice as high...
