    Zeel 62t

We ran LPW's MS01 total loss ignition all summer with out a hiccup. (fantastic system) It's an all exposed system, so the Zeel gets soaked every ride. That Zeel ( MS01 ) is definitely waterproof, I'm not sure if the 62t is waterproof or not. It will be interesting to see how it survived...

Are those nicks in the leading edge of the prop or just the photo looking weird?

    Zeel 62t

We used to have lots water intrusion issues with our SJ ebox. We switched to the Weeks Brothers ebox last year (with a Zeel) and have not had any issues since.

    Zeel 62t

I have a couple seasons on one in a SJ and a season and a half on another one in a 1200 Rickter. Both have been perfect. I also always run a separate ground cable from the ebox to the battery. Paul at LPW sells them and can set them up for your application if needed.

Best pump for 2023 Yamaha Superjet

In rough water or upon re-entry after a jump it hooks up much faster than the stock pump, its a noticeable difference. We put one in a SXR and after a few years we wanted to sell the ski, so I removed the pump before selling it. Riding the ski in the rough LOTO water after being used to the...

    88 650sx troubleshooting

As to running for awhile and shutting off. I would check the fuel tank, clunks, lines in and out of the tank, shut off (if it has one) for dirt or sediment. I would replace the fuel filter if you already haven't done it. Sometimes a filter will have dirt in it and when the ski is sitting the...

    SE 50mm Ninja Carb failure

I read something on high speed industries website referencing this issue, but I would sure love more information about what exactly falls out and how they fix it.

    Waverunner Waveventure weird noise

Could be lots of things, but a “rescued” ski usually means a carb rebuild is a good place to start even if it’s not the issue.

That sounds right, I need to see if the wires have a plug outside the ebox.

Help I've got company coming and our 94 701 WaveRaider dash is showing overheating issue

I've got the cleanest 100% stock 94 WaveRaider you can imagine. Starts and runs like it's new. We let guests learning to ride use it before they try a stand up. The pisser has full flow, engine temp is 100* with heat gun and exhaust is about 130* -145*. It's not really overheating, but the...

I have this one of the turf, doesn't really show the repair. The seam that opened up was closed and looked 100% normal.

Custom/Hybrid Brand new rickter ninja pro v2 crack

Sorry to hear of your problem, especially on a new ski. Who did you buy it from? The same thing happened to our carbon XFS several years ago. Rickter paid for repair and TC Freeride fixed it. The good news is you didn't cause it and it's not a crack, it's the bond line between the two...

    Click/Clunk - No Crank

I was thinking that he might have two issues going on. A weak starter and the bendix teeth jammed / stuck with the flywheel teeth. Turning the engine over by hand could release the bendix and maybe turn the armature a little if it is engaged. Total 100% long shot, but easy to try.

    Click/Clunk - No Crank

It also could have a dead spot on the armature. Remove the lanyard so it won’t start and reach down and turn the driveshaft. Probably have to take spark plugs out to do this. Then try it again and see if it just clicks. Not a long-term fix, but it might work.

    Basic maintenance for aftermarket motors

On our 1200 Dasa we go by gallons of fuel used. At 50 gallons, the compression and engine internals looked great at our first refresh. Next time we pushed it to 75 gallons, compression was still 100% but all the bearings showed more wear. But I wouldn’t say they were in dangerous territory. I...
