So where does the line coming out of the bottom of the chamber go now?
I’ve never used a pipe that goes forward, but I assume everything would work the same. I would hook everything up according to the diagram above.
Does that new fitting on the new stinger have a jet in it?
It's hard to know from the photos, but it kind of looks like another cooling line is going thru the pipe. You said only one cooling line going to bottom of the manifold? Is that right? Does the pump have duel cooling lines coming inside the hull? One to the manifold, and another one for...
I have a set of Yamaha 44 carbs (no manifold) from a 760 Venture if your interested. Been sitting for a couple years but it ran fine when ski parted out (hole in hull).

I dealt with this same issue a couple years ago with our XFS. IMO, the nature of these skis is you going to get water in the hull. We have a hood scoop and even when you don't crash it lets a fair amount of water in the hull even...
I know it's not a Yamaha factory part, I just can't figure out what it is. Because of the color I think it's for a SJ and I assume made by some aftermarket company.
I was cleaning out the extra parts I have and ran across this. I have no idea what it is or where I got it. It's fiberglass and not homemade looking at all. The paint also looks very factory and matches our 08 SJ nose piece paint perfectly.
What the heck is it?
