do you have a stock choke on it or a primer? either way, this may help, while running the motor in the water, when it starts bogging, either pump the primer or pull the choke slowly. if nothing changes, chances are its not so much a carb issue. or start by trimming back your plug wires and...

i think thats the problem.. the rubber seems to be slightly sepperated from the metal around the edges, does'nt look bad but can't be sure. i'm going to do a test and see if it helps, then if it works, i'll change out the housing. btw its on a blaster1. thanks for the input

get that pipe dialed in and that will help. you can add a dual carb setup or a larger single setup with a performance intake as well that will help. also the advanced timing plate and lightened flywheel..

oem on the 650sx.. i wasted 40 to 50 bucks on trying different types of weatherstrip door gaskets, automotive type you name it, the only one i could find that really worked was the oem. i believe this is the part # 39145-3706. about $45.00 from the dealer. you might get lucky and find a GOOD...
