just wondering, i've seen alot of people have bought them from the post, there sold out!

i know 1/4 drive rachet has been mentioned, however a good, comple 1/4" set of sockets, extentions, etc are probably the most used in my box.. add to that 1/4" drive metric allen sockets. also if you ride in the salt, got to have a propane torch and pb blaster for the stubborn bolts.
for surf riding, a good scoop grate on the b-1 is a must. it really helps keep it hooked up. i kept the stock prop on mine for now, and it seems just fine for the surf. i was told the the blaster prop is one of the best ones yamaha ever made for bottom end. btw i only ride in the surf...
yep, nick is right. however i had good luck with an item called "citrustrip" just be carefull where you use it. check out the pics below and see how easy it came off.

yeah, the stock mounting should work (better actually) i might have a stock mounting for it, but i think i had modified it at one time. i'll look. the only hood mod i had done was i cut the stock air inlets and inserted a piece of pvc coupler and pushed it...
