yup...thats what turned me off to these pole...they definatly LOOK trick though.. it shouldnt be advertised as an adjustable pole...more like it can be cut to suit hmm, even still...dont like the SS into cast that will happen with EVERY SINGLE A/M pole.......the stocker is the only one...

sounds like your pipe is running a bit hot? I always T'd them off the head so as not to get any oil on my hands.. you shoudl have no problems seeing as your water is so cold..

RRP is nice..I think its a little heavier than the Xmetal.. couple of things about the RRP that Im not crazy about...... 1. its adjustable, but not like the Xmetal pole is.... 2. that rod going up the backside of it....stainless rod threaded into cast...for freshwater, probably not as...
