Thanks bro! Gonna try them both and see if there is much difference....I got a new impeller from SBT. This is the correct impeller, tightened right down! Thanks to Jerry @ SBT for fixing the situation quickly!

I heard Smurf Berry Crunch has better flotation, more strength and takes on less water than ping pong balls :cheer2:

Good guess, but the stock bearings are still in there...It was, without a doubt, the impeller. Jerry from SBT said the non threaded area was a little smaller than the other sxr impellers they had.

Lawn-darted my SXR a bunch of times with no damage except I lost the front bumper... Lawn-darted my Trinity EVO a bunch of times really hard with no hull damage at all except the nose piece cracked. The hull seems indestructable...

It happens everytime I run it in salt water after a long time in fresh water...all the gook cleans off the pipe and sits in the water box. This also happens if I foul a plug, or don't blow it out after riding. (Gas sitting in water box.)

38 for ol daddy korn! My son is 1 1/2 and will be riding this year, so that evens it out.

I've had the same problem! I am guessing excess gas and oil that didn't burn... and was stuck in your waterbox.

The ONLY part that can be wrong is the impeller. Everything else is original and stock. When I redid the ski, I got a new impeller and a new hull and that is it... Waiting to hear from SBT... Shonuff, would love to try out that Dynafly! :biggrin:

Install footholds while you have the turf off. Skip the lifters. Nobody regrets footholds.. They are the best mod you can do.

Well, I sent the impeller back to SBT...they are taking a look at it, if it's wrong they are sendin' me a new one. I got a phone call immediately from them...good customer service!
