615 footholds are $65 There's a guy over on pwc today that sells them. I installed the, on my kawi 650 and they're high quality. Installation takes some effort but is not really that hard. I've done three sets of footholds and can help guide you if you decide to go that route.

Why not put your 650 in the raider for friends and family. They probably don't care about a little less grunt.

Too much what around the edges? Contact cement? It's got to be tacky to dry before you try to stick it.

Ride both surf and flat. Using an xmetal bracket with blowsion spring.

Use contact cement. The 3m backed stuff doesn't work well on curves or edges

Thanks... I'm 6' 4 and 215 lbs and my son is 6' 2 and about 155. We removed all the padding. Just turf on plastic.

This round nose pole is shortened 4" and has a blowsion shortened turn plate. I have footholds as well and really like the positioning.

I also wrap the leading edge under the lip so the water doesn't peel it off when doing nose stabs.

A couple of easy things to check... 1. Do you have your coupler cover on? If not it acts like a sprinkler inside your hood and gets water in the carb. 2. Have you checked for water in your gas tank... Easy to check... Put a siphon hose at the bottom of the tank and siphon about 16 oz or so out...
