Its all in the setup and the complete package and knowing how to tune that package,I have seen many high dollar engines that were poorly tuned and ran like crap,I have also several low dollar motors that were highly tuned and ran like a raped ape,there is more to tuning than bolting on parts and...

Yes from what I have been told it is the same however the Seadoo carbs are 40mm I series not 44,should work just fine,if you need a definite answer get someone to measure the intake manifold and I can measure a set of Seadoo carbs for you.
