I would order another gasket that will fit your bore. I have a head gasket at home that says right on the label "Big Bore Head Gasket 2 over (.5mm)". So I would assume you would need the correct gasket. Just order the other one, and return or keep the one you don't use. If you keep it, it'll...

On my dash I put a layer of 8 mm padding and cut around the four bolts so that the surface of the bolts and the surface of the pad is the same height and then I turfed over that. No counter sinking and you can't see the bolts.

One thing I didn't like about my 661, and practically any other helmet out there, is that they do not use stainless so the rivets things that hold the straps to the side of the helmet will eventually rust out and the straps goes bye bye. My helmet lasted about 1.5 years before I lost my first strap.

So this is kinda off topic but what would you guys use on the black paint of my brand new truck to get the residue off form the stock badges? I tried goof-off on a little tiny corner and it was no good. Had to buff it out really well. Would gasoline mess up the clear coat like the goof off did?

A hitch hauler like mine with a ski even makes my dad's 3/4 ton pickup sag, so I would have no doubt that a mid size would sag if not even rid on the over loads. But it all depends on the vehicle.
