what waterbox is that? With it setup with the exit coming out the top, wont it just fill up with water, fill your exhaust chamber with water and choke your engine out? Kind of like holding your hand over the exhaust exit

that bilge exit is a little low, anyone else thnk he may have a problem?

i think works refferred to a lesser version of PJS hardcore stuff, more like stock parts modded by them. I could be wrong though. That does look like a stock cylinder. Id be curious to see what it looks like opened up.

i think that thing is going to launch off the waves much nicer then a stock hull. When is the march ride you are bringing it to? Im building up an X2 myself and would definitely attempt this mod if you have good things to say. It looks more like a SJ bottom which launches to well...

The reason i thought it might be a pjs engine is that it has "works" "T3" carved in the side. works and T3 were PJS namings.

When you guys rebuild your pumps, what kind of grease do you use? anything special?

check the other ones. The top oneis easy to drill out. costs only a buck or 2 to replace. That is if you have the tools to drill it out and retap at the next larger size. Otherwise youll need to send it somewhere to be done or find someone on here that is willing to do it for you.

can you change the bearings in the bearing support without taking it off?

how do you get the motor lined up correctly when putting it back in? how do you make sure it is spot on?

how would it overlap in a 2 cylinder engine? especially when the intake and exhaust ports are not at the extreme bottom or top of the cylinder stroke?
