i didn't say anything about stronger, I just said why purchase JB if you have epoxy on the shelf. in my opinion the rivets give it the strength anyways. Just my opinion though.
rotate is so that you have the clearence you need between the pipe and the bedplate, then put some turf on the hull between the pipe and hull. It will be tight at that point but it won't grind a hole in the hull.

its not the same thing, but JK used to run some little flaps on the rear openings of his hood so that when the ski is upside down, the flaps close and stop water from pouring in so fast... gave him a few extra seconds to swim to his ski... well atleast that is what TC told Andrew, who told me.
I feel so much more comfortable without shoes... i can actually feel my ski. i only have 8mm padding right now... planning on re turfing sometime soon, but most likely won't happen till after the wedding.
