bought a kawi 750 spring from Wolf Child just right now... i'll see if that works.

some people can get a kawi style spring to work work with the x-metal bracket, but I'm running a WDK bracket it just doesn't have an area large enough for the bottom foot of the spring to rest upon. Other than that I think bending and trimming a RN UMI style spring is the only option. I have...

I know it wasn't on the dual shorty bolts, but on my x-metal pole with a WDK bracket and stock pole bolt, I cleaned the threads with brake cleaner, used Red Loctite, and it didn't budge forever... Stayed as tight as the day I tightened it, until I loosened intentionally.

I loved IDOK's old white SJ with a black bottom with the WDK hood setup... Looked so clean. Nice and simple. Black/White always looks good to me.

your right... i tried looking for that post with the full list of poles, but couldn't. the stocker and x-metal seem to be the most readily available poles light weight poles.

if it works well that would be cool tucked up under the chin pad. just reach under there and click it on.

stock pole is lightest if that helps.

i have the same problem, running a square plate, and the bolts stick way down. I put in rounded allen head bolts, but it still snags the carpet on my work stands and trailer. I think the the holes are recessed on the 08's but I can't be certain.

Bought a used handle pole bracket and get a free pivot shaft. Can't get better than that... Thanks!
