    Aftermarket hood...What does yours weigh?

If Waterdawg's hood kit is $600 with a bracket, nobody else is even close in value except for maybe XFT (I'm not sure what his hood costs, but I think it's close). Also Jeff might have prepreg hoods now for the Superjet, which would be the best of the best. Probably for close to a grand though.

I have a 701 longblock I'd sell for $600 if he did buy it, it'll bolt right up, very little labor involved.

    Anouther cool Waterdawg Part

I don't know what Jeff's plate is made out of, but I'd be surprised if it disintigrated like some of his competitor's plates apparently do

    Another dang FX1 pump thread......

Actually they only used it up to 900cc which was 100hp. Nontheless, it looks like a NICE upgrade for the FX-1

300/440/550 Anyone ever used this pipe?

I would bet a million $$$ that's his auction. Well, not really, but it fits so well. I'll ask the seller if it works with his brainless total loss system, then we'll know for sure.

I don't know, whenever. It was actually the first prepreg hull that he laid up, he just needs to really focus on it for a few more days to finish it :skull2:

    Blaster Steering Options.

I'm not aware either, but you can probably find better ones than the stock UMI bearings.

Also the SXi pro is 50lbs heavier and has more drag.

The Superjet reserve is actually 1/3 of its tank, about 1.5 gallons. The SXi Pro's is like 0.5 gallons. When you hit reserve on the Pro, it is oh ******** get back to the launch time! The Kawi 750 engine has higher fuel consumption at WOT and also the Superjet tank is about 3/4 of a gallon...

300/440/550 Anyone ever used this pipe?

The exhaust systme on a 2 stroke has to be tuned to return sonic pressure waves to the cylinders at the correct time. When one cylinder is coming up on the compression stroke, the exhaust has to help it fill up with the gasses that escaped while the port is open. So it needs gasses coming back...

It's a good ski if you just like to go out and get wet. They are faster than a Superjet (stock vs. stock) but they are very difficult to ride at top speed, so it's not much to brag avout. I would hold out for a Superjet, and put Tubbie sponsons on it if you like to carve turns. You'll have a...

    Blaster Steering Options.

The stock steering feels like $*** compared to the UMI, there is no comparison. You can keep the OEM one tight if you just keep tightening the straps around the plastic bushings, but they never feel as smooth as a UMI. i'm sure some people don't care, but I could never go back to stock.

    I have a UMI I'd sell for $300.

300/440/550 Anyone ever used this pipe?

Actually you do use both at the same time... and when one is sucking the other is blowing. So I would guess it works like total crap. When skis run dual/triple pipes, they use two chambers like this one! Also, scientifically speaking, the chances of finding a random rustbucket pipe on Ebay...

blaster prop help please!!!! still cavitates

74V I would guess means 7/14. Which if so is was made for a stock 650 Waverunner, and would be way too low for a 701.
