All new battery cables, external battery terminal posts, all new bullet connectors on inside of ebox, new gasket, re wired stator, quick disconnect stator, new s/s switch wires + more... basically 100%...

Jet-world.com also does crank services I think. I think some guy posted the other day that his business can rebuild OEM cranks for $350... but I tried searching and can't find the thread.

yup... but i gotta get this thing on the water. i would love to upgrade to say an ADA head, but I don't want to pull the cylinder to remove the girdle studs out of the cases. trying to do the least amount of work possible.

Found some... Protec Girdled heads use similar connecting nuts and bolts. $32.85 + tax + shipping for two connecting nuts and two long girdle bolts. They have a $25 minimum order so I order two sets.

Can anybody here make me what I need. I'd hate to go buy drill bits, taps and stock just to make one nut.

I have tried fastenal, mcmaster, grainger, and a local place with no luck. I would ideally would like a reducing hex coupling nut that on one side has M10x1.25 and the other side has M8x1.25 but I know that is probably going to be impossible. So I will settle for a coupling hex nut that...
