yup. every time I would start to feel better I would land a bad BR and tweak it again. This season was the first time I didn't have that problem. Of course, I'm completing way more rolls now too... that might be helping.

I'm trying this to see if it helps. Can't hurt and at the very least will loosen up my neck muscles. On a side note, a few years ago I failed a BR really bad and reafed my neck. Smacked head first, upsidedown, into an oncoming wave. Took until this past spring for the pain to go away...

I've had very loud ringing in both ears for a long time now. For me, it's from playing in a metal band - practicing in a small room without earplugs. unfortunately I have never been able to get rid of it... just got used to it always being there.

I used upholstry (sp?) paint and it worked great. Can't find any good shots... but it never pealed, chipped showed signs of wear.

Yo E... I noticed (at least for me) the bigger the surf the less forward I lean. So on small surf I have to really get over the hood to make my rotation. But in bigger surf I'm not as far forward - not sure if that's the key but give it a shot.

Josh is a sick rider! I don't recall ever seeing anyone BR with such a tight rotation.
