on a serious note, have you ever tried welding plastic, i used to do this to save a couple $$ on my mx plastic, everything i've done has been really strong...

on to the clear coat, one thing i learned just now, always test your rattle can on something else!!! the spray tip wasn't all the way on so when i sprayed, i might as well have shot clear coat through a garden hose!! i'll fix that though, i'm not real satisfied with my paintjob on the top deck...
