ok, jessi's been in a bit of a slump on working on this thing, so i brought her ugly hood in to primer it. it looks a lot better not lookin at all the filler and cracks and crap, i think this might help get her back on track...she's wants a somewhat pretty ski, so she's gonna have to get back at...

well, i don't know how this is going to fly with others opinions, but i had a big ol hole on my 440 in the nose, i put packing tape on the outside so i had some thing to galss and epoxy against from the inside, then when it was hard, i just took the tape off sanded the sticky off and filled it...

i like west systems epoxy kit, it's more expensive than the uscomposites stuff, but i got mine cheap off ebay, i've never used the uscomposites stuff, but from what i understand, it's pretty much the same thing. 1st method of attack, grind out all of the glass that is damaged. then feather...

and in the engine bay, i glued my rubber pads down with 3m 5200, don't know how well that's gonna stick, but i don't have any skis that these pads are actually glued down in...they're all flopping around, so i figure they probably don't stay glued very long :dunno:

here is a pic of my stock exhaust tube i spray painted with that "duplicolor metalcast" it has a ground coat, looks like aluminum, then the color. i thought it turned out nice.
