hope i'm not thread jacking, but do you think that helmet was a waste of $$ should you have gotten a better one or are you happy with it??

i'd like to add to this Q. with a helmet like a pro rider...(i haven't seen one in person, so i don't know what the liner looks like) can you sew in neoprene over the ear cups?? will this help any or is pointless?
