My RN weighed in at 118 fully reinforced, and the SN came in at 140 fully reinforced. The square is definitely heavier than the Roundie, but does not ride like it is heavier. :headbang:

Get rid of the Riva girdle kit and get an ADA Girdle kit, you will thank yourself later. If you keep the Riva Hardware, get a crows foot and torque it down properly.

We run about 30-32 psi pop-off on our single 48 Mikunis, so I would think the pop off at even 24 would be waaaaay too low. FWIW, I suck at carbs and keep is simple with a simple 48 for this very reason. :puppy_dog_eyes:

Check the seals on the intermediate housing, you may be sucking some air into the pump. :popworm:
