The x-metal pole has a bolt that the chin pad rests on, and requires the chin pad to be reinforced with an aluminum plate for the bolt to rest on.
The OEM chin pad does not have this bolt, therefore does not require the aluminum reinforcing.

For strictly Freestyle .045 sems to be the magic number. I'm running .055 and could use another .010 taken off.
Talk to Chuckie, as I have hear he is able to mill both the bottom and top of the cyliders depending on the porting that was done.
I would easily go through 5 gallons in 1.5-2 hours of actual ride time, faster if running buoys.

In the video it looks like you have a nasty exhaust leak in the bilge. I would double and triple check that...

The click is the solenoid, so chances are it is still good.
Sounds like you have a starter/bendix issue or possibly a ground cable issue. Time to take the starter and to see what is up.
