I'd sign. I've got a motor sitting in the garage right now that could use a crank.
Even if you didn't need it at the time it would be great to have a spare crank sitting on the shelf. We seem to go thru enough of these each season.

Doesn't look like a fresh crack to me. If the damage happened during shipping I would think the cracked area would be cleaner. The damaged area looks to be just as dirty as the rest of the surounding area.
