There is something inherently wrong with a credit card, the borrower is slave to the lender.
In Michigan I just had to fill out a form saying I made it. And if I had purchased it... they'd want to see a Bill of Sale so they could charge me sales tax on it.
If you make it yourself you have to show a receipt for the materials so to prove you paid taxes on it.
Solas makes (made) an OEM replacement and also one that looks like the 12 vane Magnum pump. But I don't think they sold many... their customer service sucks.

Did you see that dirtbike pipe on Ebay that someone welded to a 650SX (I think) manifold? I wonder how it worked...
Your best option imo even if you're a do-it-yourselfer is to buy the Waterdawg PIPE (assuming you're putting the engine into a Superjet). He's done a ton of R&D... he might even have complete pipes in stock, I know he has a bunch of manifolds...
