No, the front was at 150psi, the rear was around 130psi.

It definitely looks like a lack of lubrication, it's just strange that the front piston is fine. The oil enters at the top of the carb.

If you've got the harmonic balancer puller tightened up against the crankshaft... try tapping the flywheel with a hammer. Or use an impact wrench to tighten it, like someone else suggested.

Updated pictures: I think it was lack of lube. We switched the ski to premix and it seems to run fine. It was a WRIII, so I doubt it injested water.

That probably came out of a sitdown. I think it would be crappy compared to any stainless impeller, but it's proabbly better than the stock 3 blade aluminum impeller. the 94-95 X-2 came with a 4 or 5 blade aluminum impeller.. it worked okay.
