There should be no duty since it is made in the USA but you will have to pay your normal BC taxes and you may get hit with a brokerage fee when your item crosses the border. Don't ship into Canada with UPS they seem to have the highest brokerage fees. Option #2 would be to have the hood...

Pull the cap off one of the power valves and do a compression test with the valve open. I've run my 5mm power valve at around 200psi (valves closed) on pump gas with stock ignition with no advance with no problems. Steve
