the gp pistons have a bigger pin bearing, but are readily available in that size, are there any thicker pin bearings that make up the diameter distance?

Rebuild it you have the funds or clean it up and run it. the worst you could do is blow up some cases that you could replace for $50. No big loss if youd be replacing the pistons and crank anyway

new headpipe in the works, its 15% bigger, and yes itll clear the pvs. He's going to run a regular bpipe headpipe on that proto manifold just to see if it works, but he has no intent on selling those.

i can tell you the stock sj motor mounts will break, you have to use modified runabout motor mounts. It is unknown yet if the motor plates will hold up, you could always reinforce if you are worried. Brandon is almost done with his 66e "b-Pipe" so that the oem waterbox, gas tank and battery...

here is a piece you might be interested in. Its an aftermarket bottom case for the 66e motor. Brandon Reed makes them, you have to send a top case and he will line bore the new cast bottom case to match. You can then use oem 701 engine plate and stator and electrics to mount the 66e upright...
